I am now 68 years old. I once saw Captain Marshall (I salute...) offer his life for us. He was tied in to the Captains Seat, on the Bridge, (the Bridge had a lot of water up there.... An F5, 70 degree roll, broke 24 feet of keel... flooded 6 compartments). I have seen the Captains Smile..., and his Kick Ass attitude about winning..., (more smiles here), even against other US Ships... LOL! The Fickle Finger of Fate was flown against an entire ,"Allied Fleet"... during war games. Pure "Adventure and Mischief", are Captain Marshall's finest attributes. BTW... The Captain and Crew saved that ship twice in my short hundred thousand miles aboard her, " USS Harwood DD861 " I Love You, Captain and Crew
